WSFGC Scholarship Fund

WSFGC Scholarship Fund benefits recipients at Washington State University, University of Washington  and Huxley College of the Environment at Western Washington University.  A donation in any amount may be made at any time and will be acknowledged.  If the donation is a memorial, acknowledgement will be sent to relatives or friends.


Join the Booster Club and receive a certificate at the Convention.  Donate $25, $50, $75, or $100 or more.  Make checks payable to "WSFGC Scholarship Fund" and send to:

WSFGC annually awards seven scholarships with a minimum of $750.00 each to the following:

  • Washington State University: Horticulture, Landscape Design and Soil Sciences

  • University of Washington: Landscape Design, Forest Resources and Biology

  • Western Washington University: Huxley College of the Environment

Recipients are chosen by the professors in each of the Departments.

National Garden Club gives 32 scholarships of $3,500 each.  A student should go to their web site at www.gardenclub.org and send the application to their State Chairman. Pacific Region has a web site and a scholarship application at www.pacificregiongardenclubs.org.

Conservation Teacher's Scholarship

For continuing education for our educators. Courses of study must relate to conservation, outdoor or environmental activities.
